What counts as one issue?
One agreed visual defect on one existing page, such as overflow, overlap or incorrect spacing. Related symptoms caused by that same defect can be included. New defects, pages, sections and a changed design direction need separate scope.
Which builders can you work with?
Send the current builder and theme names before ordering so I can confirm this specific repair. This package does not promise support for every builder or include a builder migration.
Does this cover broken plugins or contact forms?
No. It covers visual CSS or existing builder-layout settings only. Plugin installation, updates and conflict repair, form behavior, PHP/backend work and email delivery are outside this package.
Will you change my live site?
We agree on the delivery method before ordering. The default is a tested preview or agreed patch. Live deployment is included only when agreed, authorized access and a working backup are available, and rollback steps are defined.
What does one revision cover?
One adjustment to satisfy the original agreed defect and acceptance criteria. It does not add pages, sections, unrelated fixes or a new design direction.
What if the cause is unclear?
We can agree on a separate $50 diagnostic before a repair order. It supplies findings and a repair recommendation, not implementation. I will explain the combined possible cost first; an accepted repair will not become a diagnosis-only delivery.
Do you use AI-assisted tools?
I may use AI-assisted tools. I review the work, test the agreed behavior and take responsibility for delivery. State AI-use or code-processing restrictions before ordering so I can confirm the fit.
