I will create project dashboards and status reports in excel or power bi
MBA, MIT: NSLS: Project Manager
About this Gig
Do you have project data but no clear way to show status to stakeholders?
I'm Cody, a Project Manager and Scheduler with experience leading multimillion dollar utility, construction, and IT projects. I build dashboards and reports that translate tasks, dates, and budgets into simple visuals your team and leadership can actually use.
I can help you with:
- Onepage project status reports (RAG, milestones, issues, next steps)
- Excel project dashboards showing schedule and cost KPIs
- Power BI dashboards with interactive views and filters
Tools: Excel, Power BI (plus data from P6/MS Project, monday.com, ClickUp, etc.). You provide exports, and Ill turn them into clear visuals.
If you also need help structuring your schedule, check my separate gig for construction and utility project scheduling, or message me and we can combine both into a custom offer.

FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need your existing project data (Excel, CSV, or exports from tools like MS Project, P6, monday.com, or ClickUp), plus a brief description of the project, who the report is for (team vs. executives), and the top 3–5 metrics you care about.
Can you create the schedule or budget from scratch?
This gig focuses on turning your existing schedule and budget data into clear dashboards and reports. If you need help building or fixing the schedule itself, please see my separate “Project Scheduling” gig or message me so we can discuss a custom offer that includes scheduling.
Will the dashboards update automatically?
How “automatic” they are depends on your tools. In Excel, you’ll typically paste or refresh data and the visuals will update. In Power BI, you can refresh from your data source or updated Excel/CSV files. I’ll set things up so updates are simple as possible and show you the steps.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I treat your project data as confidential and use it only for building your reports and dashboards. If you’d like, you can anonymize sensitive fields (for example, remove names or exact dollar amounts) before sending the files.
