Co Founder at Coevi: iOS, Android and Flutter Engineering Studio
About this Gig
Has Google Play rejected your app, suspended your track, or flagged a policy violation?
We are Coevi, a mobile engineering studio with 17+ years of technical experience. We troubleshoot and resolve Google Play Console compliance issues so your Android app passes review.
What We Resolve:
- Target SDK & API Level updates (Android 17 compliance)
- Data Safety section audits & Privacy Policy alignments Sensitive permission violations (Location, QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES, Storage)
- Foreground Service (FGS) declarations & manifest updates
- Google Play In-App Billing (IAP) integration & policy compliance Account deletion requirements & authentication flows
- 20-tester closed testing guidance for personal developer accounts
- Launch crashes, ANRs, and broken user journeys
Our Approach:
- Diagnostic: We dissect Google's rejection notices and stack traces.
- Remediation: We patch AndroidManifest.xml, configure Play Console declarations, or refactor native Kotlin/Java and Flutter source code.
- Resubmission: We craft formal appeal statements and guide your build to approval.
Send us your rejection reason and screenshot to get your release back on track.
FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
Send a copy or screenshot of the rejection or policy violation email from Google Play, the issue details shown in your Google Play Console, and any stack traces or logs if the app crashed.
Do I need to give you access to my Google Play Console?
For the Basic tier, no access is needed—we only review your rejection details. For Standard or Premium tiers, you can add our email as an invited user under Users and permissions in Google Play Console with limited release management access.
Can you fix policy issues in my Flutter app, or only native Android?
We handle both. We work directly with native Android codebases (Kotlin/Java) as well as cross-platform Flutter projects (Dart).
How do you handle the 20-tester closed testing requirement?
We review your closed testing setup, guide your feedback collection process, and ensure your production access application answers satisfy Google's evaluation criteria. We do not provide fake or bot testers; the testing engagement must be genuine to pass.
What happens if Google rejects the app again after the fix?
App review cycles can occasionally require clarifying questions. Revisions are included in each package, and we will analyze the follow-up feedback, adjust the response or code, and prepare the resubmission.
Can you fix issues related to the Data Safety form?
Yes. We inspect your app's dependencies and third-party SDKs (such as Firebase, AdMob, or Facebook SDK) to map out what data is actually collected, ensuring your Data Safety declarations match Google's policy requirements.
