These are synchronous sessions where I will guide you step by step through the process of designing and putting together your system in real time. Ideal if you want to understand the process as it's being built.
Option B: I'll deliver it ready to go.
I will research your case, plan the structure, design the workflow and build the entire system. Once it's ready, I'll deliver it to you and show you how to use it (time saver).

Do I need to have Obsidian installed already?
No. I’ll guide you through installation and setup from scratch if needed. If you already use Obsidian, I’ll integrate the system into your existing vault without overwriting your notes.
Will this system work for students, researchers, or professionals?
Yes. The structure adapts to your profile: academic workflows, research management, professional project tracking, or personal knowledge management. The core principles stay the same; the setup changes to your context.
What do I need to prepare before our first session?
Just bring your current workflow—however messy. Screenshots of your notes, task manager, or a simple list of how you capture ideas today is enough. I’ll do the rest.
Is the 14-day guarantee real?
Yes. If after 14 days you don’t see measurable improvement in how you capture, organize, or retrieve information, I’ll adjust the system at no extra cost. The guarantee covers workflow fit, not motivation.
Do I have to keep using this system forever?
No pressure. The system is designed to be sustainable, not addictive. Once it’s running, you’ll use what works and discard what doesn’t. I’ll show you how to maintain it in under 10 minutes a day.
What happens after the 7-day follow-up ends?
You keep all templates, workflows, and the vault structure. If you want to expand it later, you can add the optional AI agent setup or book another session.
