Most small businesses do not need an AI assistant. They need one place where requests stop getting lost between chats, notes and memory. That is what I build: a Telegram bot that talks to your customer, collects what you need, and puts it in a spreadsheet you already use.
What it does: asks the questions you would ask (name, contact, what they want, when); writes each request into Google Sheets as a row, with time and source; notifies you or your team the moment something arrives; answers repeat questions about price, hours or delivery without you; optionally sends reminders and broadcasts.
You get the working bot, the sheet it writes to, and the source code. No monthly fee to me and no lock-in: it runs on your own bot token.

I automate the spreadsheet work nobody wants to do by hand.
Data usually sits in the wrong place: a PDF, a website, twelve Excel files, a marketplace API - and someone copies it over every week. I write the script that does it instead, plus a short report so you can check the result rather than trust it.
Recent work: a Google Sheets system for an e-commerce seller - pulls stock from accounting exports, matches it against marketplace analytics, and creates supply requests through the API.
If your task is not worth automating, I will say so.
