What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your price list, calculation rules, and 3 to 5 example orders with expected results. I will prepare a short specification for your approval before starting the work.
What is included in the price?
One standalone HTML price calculator with up to 5 input fields, a price breakdown and total in one currency, one language (English, Polish or Russian), a responsive layout, the full source code, testing against approved examples, one revision and a short test report.
What counts as a revision?
One round of small changes within the approved specification: texts, labels, colours or field order. If a result does not match an approved example, I fix it for free. That is not a revision. New formulas, fields or features are new scope.
My calculator needs more fields or extra features. Can you help?
Please message me before ordering. I can review your requirements and confirm whether they fit the package or need a custom quote. CRM and payment integrations are not offered.
Which languages can the calculator use?
The interface can be in English, Polish or Russian. One language is included in the package. Additional languages or a language switcher can be quoted separately.
How do I add the calculator to my website?
The package includes a self-contained HTML file. You can upload it to a compatible web host and link to it from your website. Integration into an existing website is not included, but can be discussed separately.
Can I change the prices later?
Yes. All prices are kept in one clearly marked place in the file, so a small price update is a simple edit. For new rules or formulas, message me and I will confirm the scope and cost first.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, I use an AI coding assistant during development. I define the calculation rules, review the code and test the calculator against approved examples before delivery. A short test report is included.
What is not included in this package?
CRM, payment and other external integrations, online booking, WordPress plugins and hosting are not offered. Website integration, extra languages, a language switcher, PDF export and email features can be quoted separately.
