FAQ
Do these plans include structural engineering calculations for load-bearing walls?
No. My plans focus on architectural drafting, space planning, and layout design. If you are removing a structural load-bearing wall, you will need to consult a local structural engineer for beam calculations.
Can you work from a rough hand-drawn sketch with measurements?
Yes! A clear hand-drawn sketch with accurate wall lengths, ceiling heights, and door/window locations is perfect to get started.
Do you provide the native editable source files?
Yes, the editable AutoCAD (.DWG) source files are included in the Standard and Premium packages, or available as a gig extra.
