What happens when the bot does not know?
It says so and hands the conversation to you rather than inventing an answer. That refusal path is the part most chatbot builds get wrong, and it is the difference between a bot that helps and one that costs you a customer.
Do I pay you every month?
No. It is a one-off build and it runs on your own API key, so you pay the model provider directly. No markup, no subscription to me.
Can I update the documents later?
Yes. The Premium package includes an admin refresh so you can re-point it at new documents yourself. On the smaller packages I can re-index for you.
Will it make things up?
It is constrained to answer from the material you give it and to cite where an answer came from. Nothing is perfect, which is exactly why the refusal path exists.
Do I own it?
Yes. Full source and config, no licence through me, hand it to any developer.
