I can work from almost anything! You can send me a hand-drawn sketch on paper (a photo or scan is fine), an old blueprint, a blurry PDF, or even a screenshot from a real estate listing. As long as I can see the general layout and some basic dimensions, I can redraw it professionally.
Will the redrawn floor plan be to scale?
Yes. If you provide at least one or two main dimensions (like the length of a wall), I will scale the entire drawing accordingly. If no dimensions are provided, I will draw the plan based on standard architectural proportions to ensure it looks professional and balanced.
What file formats will I receive?
For every order, you will receive a high-resolution PDF (ready for printing) and a JPEG/PNG image. If you select the Standard or Premium packages, I also include the AutoCAD Source File (DWG/DXF), which is the industry standard for contractors and architects.
How fast can you deliver the final drawing?
