No. Independent coverage is always a decision for journalists and editors. I focus on making your story strategically framed, credible, professionally written and as media ready as the underlying announcement allows.
What if my announcement isn't very newsworthy?
That’s where strategic judgement matters. I’ll assess your brief, identify the strongest credible angle and recommend better framing where needed. I won’t manufacture claims or disguise advertising as news.
What is the difference between a press release and a media pitch?
A press release provides the complete announcement in a structured format. A media pitch is the shorter, targeted message designed to interest a journalist in the story. Standard and Premium include both.
Do you distribute the press release?
No. I focus on the strategic communications work before distribution, including story development, media releases, pitches, messaging and supporting content. Mass distribution and direct journalist outreach are not included.
Can you match our existing tone of voice?
Yes. Share your website, brand guidelines or previous communications and I’ll adapt the writing accordingly. If you don’t have an established voice, I can recommend an appropriate style for your organisation and audience.
Can I just send you rough notes?
