Are hosting services included?
The gig offers virtual host services, up to one hour for the basic and standard plans and up to two hours for the premium plan. We can discuss additional services.
What platforms do you provide online meeting management for?
Zoom, Go To Meeting, Go To Webinar and Cisco Webex. If there is another platform that you use, please let me know.
What language do you host meetings for?
English
Do you provide the meeting platform?
I usually use the client's Zoom, Go To Meeting, WebEx, or Go To Webinar accounts. If you would like me to provide the hosting platform, this is considered a custom order.
Do you co-host, moderate and provide technical support for all types of online events?
I provide technical support for a variety of online events including conferences, meetings, webinars, annual general meetings, training sessions, parties, celebrations, socials and games nights.
Do you offer the service of creating the meeting invitation and setting up the registration, reminders and everything for an online event.
Yes, I am able to create the meeting once I have access to the account. I can also create the registration page, event banner, waiting room message, and event branding. If you would like complete event management, including the provision of the event reports, let us discuss this.
How much lead time do you need?
The lead time required depends on the services that are required. The more notice I get, the better it is for me to check my availability and plan. If you have a last-minute need for an event co-host or moderator and technical support and I am available, I will help.
