Send the answers to your open-ended survey questions and get back a spreadsheet where every answer is assigned themes or a status, with clear theme definitions, counts, percentages, example quotes and a short descriptive summary.
Each question is analyzed separately, with its own codebook, counts and summary. An answer can have several themes, so percentages (a share of all answers) can add up to more than 100%. The file says so.
No answers are dropped. Blank, unclear, off-topic and "nothing to add" answers get their own status. Your original text is kept exactly as sent.
I use AI to code the answers. A second AI pass codes the answers without seeing the first pass's labels, and I review the disagreements, every non-coded answer, answers with several points and a random sample of the rest before delivery.
Scope: I analyze your exported answers (CSV or Excel); I don't write, build or run surveys. Up to 300 answers and 10,000 words per question, English only. Descriptive only: no recommendations, statistical testing, demographic breakdowns or comparisons between questions. Not for academic research needing a specific coding method, or patient or health-care feedback.

What file do I send?
A CSV or Excel export with one row per respondent and one column per question. Remove names, emails and other identifying details first; otherwise send the answers exactly as collected.
What if I have more than 300 answers?
Each package covers up to 300 responses per question, with a maximum of 10,000 words per question. For larger files, message me before ordering to discuss a custom order.
Will you tell me what to do about the results?
No. The report describes what respondents said and how often. Decisions and recommendations stay with you.
What does the revision cover?
One clarification round covers theme names, definitions and explanations of coding decisions. A revised coding framework, new questions or additional answers requires a separate order. Coding errors are corrected free.
How is my data handled?
Your file is processed using third-party AI tools to complete your order. Remove identifying and confidential information before uploading. If your organization restricts AI use, message me before ordering.
