About this gig
NOTE: This Gig is not intended for forensic purposes (see FAQ).
This Gig is for decreasing or removing continuous/moderate background noises (hum, hiss, air conditioning, motor, vinyl recordings) from your audio/video file.
Applications:
1.- Home recordings. - Decrease or even remove ambience noise.
2.- Video recordings (interviews) on the street. - Decrease sound coming from vehicles, wind, etc.
3.- Vinyl recordings. - Decrease or remove scratches, clicks and other artifacts.
Results will depend on how high the background noise is. If it is too high, then it may not be possible to recover the audio at all. Please send me the audio file to check it out before placing the order and I will send you a sample for your consideration and approval.
I will send you the edited file back in the same format as it was received (wav, mp3, etc.).

Can you extract a conversation from a crowded restaurant?
Unfortunately, no. This Gig is only intended for removing low-level, steady background noises, usually found in home studios, like air conditioners, hum, etc., and some occasional noises, like a siren, birds chirping, etc.
