I will extract data from pdf invoices and scanned forms into excel with ai

I pull the numbers out of your documents and hand them back in a spreadsheet. Invoices, receipts, resumes, intake forms, customer emails, contracts. Scans and phone photos work too. It reads the picture, not just the text layer.

Basic is me running the batch for you. Send up to 25 documents of one type and tell me the fields. You get an Excel file back in two days, plus a list of anything I couldn't read. Nothing to install and no API key.

Standard and Premium are your own tool. I build it around your documents and the exact fields you need, then test it on your real files. You get the source code and setup notes written for someone who doesn't code. You own it and there's no subscription to me. Premium adds a second document type and a folder it watches, so new files get processed on their own. It also exports to Google Sheets.

It uses an AI model that reads the page the way a person would, so an invoice from a new vendor still comes out right where a normal scraper would break.

The tool needs an API key from the AI provider, which costs pennies per document. I'll show you how to get one.
