What do you need from me?
Your site URL, a screenshot of the error, and either a WordPress admin login or hosting/cPanel access. If the site is completely down, hosting access is usually needed. Please create a temporary user for me rather than sharing your own password.
What if the problem can't be fixed?
I check the logs first and tell you what I found before doing the work. If it turns out to be something I can't fix, such as a hosting outage on the provider's side, I'll explain why and you can cancel for a full refund.
