I design, configure, and troubleshoot business VoIP and PBX phone systems for small businesses and call centers. My work includes setting up and managing FreePBX, Asterisk, FusionPBX, 3CX, and other SIP-based telephony systems. I configure SIP/PJSIP extensions, inbound and outbound call routing, IVR menus, call queues, ring groups, voicemail, time conditions, call forwarding, DID routing, and softphone connections.
