FAQ
Shopify or hand coded, which do I need?
Shopify if you want to add products and run promotions yourself without me. Hand coded if you sell a handful of products and want something no template can do. Most people should pick Shopify, and I will say so even though the custom build pays me more.
Do I need my own Shopify account?
Yes, and that is deliberate. The store lives in your account with your billing, so you own it. I work as a collaborator and you can revoke my access the day we finish.
Do you add my products for me?
Yes, up to the number in your package. Send a spreadsheet or a link to your current shop with the titles, prices, options and photos and I will load them.
Can you write the product descriptions?
Yes, as an extra per product. Send me what the product is and who buys it. A written buying argument outsells a copied manufacturer spec sheet almost every time.
Can you move my existing shop to Shopify?
Yes, from WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace, as the migration extra. Message me first with your current platform and product count so I can price it properly.
What does the 30 days of support cover?
Anything I built that breaks, plus text, price and image changes, and adding or removing a product. It does not cover new pages, new features, a redesign, or work on things I did not build. Those I will quote any time, just message me.
