FAQ
Which Package should I select?
My recommendation is always towards the STANDARD or PREMIUM packages as they offer more concepts to choose from and refine. The BASIC pack is best suited for those who know beyond a shadow of doubt what they are looking for as it includes less features. The delivery will consist of 1 final logo.
I'm not sure what I'm looking for, which package should I select?
The Premium pack would be the right package in this case as it covers 8 design options and 8 rounds of modifications. It also includes the social Media Pack by default.
How many concepts are there included?
Having options to choose from is very important, this is why I offer multiple designs to choose from. Each one is created from scratch as is based on the information supplied in the brief. The BASIC is more restrictive The STANDARD pack covers 4 concepts The ULTIMATE pack covers 8 concepts
Can I add new information later on?
Changing crucial parts of the brief once I have created a few designs is not an option as it will cancel all the work created so far. Please take your time and fill in the brief as accurately as possible and if you have any questions, please message me before submitting the brief.
How long does it take?
Typically, I present the initial designs within the first 36 hours. The following timeline depends on the number of modifications needed and your response time to my updates. I'm available online most of the day and weekends, ensuring quick adjustments. The time displayed is the total allocated time
What is the Social Media Kit?
The social Media Kit covers perfectly scaled profile images (avatar) for use on the main social media platforms. This images are tweaked to look amazing on phone or computer screens and they will fit perfectly within the social media platforms that you use.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately the answer is no. I do not work for free. If you have any questions please reach out before placing an order. If you do place an order please be completely committed as on the other hand I will do everything in my power to provide you with the perfect logo.
Do you design Business Cards, Letterheads, Email Signatures, etc?
Of course, this type of designs are available as extras and you can add them when placing the order or later on. The Email signature is imaged based as this way any design can be accurate represented in HTML. The image is sliced into smaller section and then recompiled in HTML and linked.
What file types are included?
The Logo delivery will include: .ai (Adobe Illustrator CS) (Vector source file) .eps (Adobe Illustrator CS) (Vector source file) .jpg (White Background) (Square and exact layouts) .png (Transparent Background) (Square and exact layouts) .psd (Adobe Photoshop CS) .pdf .3D Mockup .svg
HTML Image based Email SIgnature
The Email signature I design are image based, as this ensures the design and typography remain consistent. The Signature is based on an image which is sliced and pieced back together trough HTML allowing for each contact line to be linked accordingly,
