What video formats and sources do you accept?
I work with YouTube links, Google Drive or Dropbox file links, and most common video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV). For local files, just share a Drive link. If your file is over 2GB please compress or share via Drive.
How accurate are the subtitles?
I use Whisper AI for transcription, then do a manual review pass to correct proper nouns, technical terms, and speaker IDs. The result is significantly more accurate than raw auto-captions. Provide a vocabulary list upfront and accuracy improves further.
Can you do languages other than English?
English subtitles are native quality. For other languages, the Premium package includes 1 AI-assisted translation with native review if available. Message me before ordering for non-English to confirm availability for your specific language.
