I will build a private ai system on your hardware, no cloud apis

About this gig
Your client files should never touch a third party AI server. I build systems where they never do.
Most AI consultants wire your business to OpenAI or another cloud API. Your contracts, patient records, and case files get processed off premises. For law firms, medical practices, and financial services, that is a liability.
I build the alternative. Open source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Mistral) running on hardware you own. Ask questions across thousands of your own documents. Summarize intake forms. Draft from your templates. Nothing leaves your building.
What you get:
- A working system, not a slide deck
- Open source stack. No subscriptions, no vendor lock-in
- Plain documentation your IT person can maintain
- A hardware spec if you need one. A single GPU workstation covers most small firms
I run a technology consultancy and build these systems for my own operation, including a self hosted CRM with AI summaries. I sell what I use.
Message me before ordering. I scope every project first so you buy the right package.

FAQ
Will my data be sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google?
No. Every model runs on hardware you own or control. Nothing is processed off premises.
What hardware do I need?
Usually less than you think. A single workstation with one consumer GPU handles most small business workloads. The Basic package includes an exact spec with pricing.
Does this help with HIPAA or attorney-client confidentiality?
The architecture keeps all data on premises, which removes third party data processing from the equation. Final compliance determinations belong to your counsel or compliance officer, and I build to the constraints they set.
What happens after delivery?
You own everything. The stack is open source and documented. If you want ongoing maintenance, I offer a monthly retainer after the included support period ends. Support periods are 30 days for basic, 60 days for standard, and 90 days for premium packages.
Can I start from a Roadmap and upgrade to a total Production System build?
Of course, and I will credit your previous purchases forward. You'll never pay more for starting slowly and growing into a full production system.
