I manage and maintain client data across Orion, Cambridge, and Redtail CRM to make sure everything stays accurate across our custodial relationships. I also work on the firm's website through Emerald Connect, building out service pages, team bios, and branded graphics, and I put together client-facing documents covering our Investments, Insurance, and Business Planning offerings. Outside of that, I've gotten hands-on with operational projects like our phone system and communications audit, and I'm always looking for ways to streamline internal processes so the team can serve clients more efficiently.
