A few months ago, I helped an online business improve its email marketing system by reviewing its subscriber journey, campaign structure, automated sequences, and overall email setup. Audited and optimized a client's existing Kit email sequence ahead of an urgent launch. Reviewed the sequence configuration, subscriber flow, email timing, and account setup to ensure the automation was properly structured and ready for deployment. Configured the sequence so subscribers receive a welcome email immediately after subscribing, followed by the remaining emails at the intended two-day intervals. I also reviewed the account's email authentication and addressed a deliverability-related setup issue to help ensure the sequence could send successfully. Project Outcome: The client was able to launch the email sequence the same day, confirmed that everything was working properly, and expressed interest in working with me again for future Kit projects. Built a six-week automated student communication system in Kit for Magnolia Finishing School. Set up the student onboarding flow, weekly curriculum emails, and Wednesday check-in messages to guide students through the program from enrollment to completion. Created email content based on the school's curriculum and student handbook, including weekly instructions, assignments, expectations, reminders, and encouragement. Configured the sequence timing, tags, and automation logic to ensure students receive the appropriate communication throughout their six-week journey.
