I build and maintain Odoo ERP systems for European companies — as managing director of a German software company specialised in Odoo, not as a side project.
Odoo 14 to 19, Community and Enterprise. Custom module development, version upgrades, data migration from legacy systems, API integrations and managed hosting on EU servers.

FAQ
Which systems do you migrate from?
Lexware, Sage, JTL, Shopify, WooCommerce, Access and SQL databases, and CSV/Excel exports from almost anything. If your system can export data, it can be migrated.
Can you migrate my accounting history?
Yes, in the Premium package. Note that historical bookings are usually imported as opening balances plus reference data, not as re-posted journal entries — I explain the options during the audit.
What if my data is messy?
That is the normal case. The audit identifies duplicates, gaps and inconsistencies, and I propose a cleanup approach. Clean data is a decision you make, not something I silently overwrite.
Do I need to buy Odoo licences?
Only for Enterprise, and those are bought directly from Odoo. Community is free and works well for many SMEs — I'll tell you honestly which one fits your case.
How long can I keep my old system running?
As long as you want. Nothing is switched off by me. Most clients keep read-only access to the legacy system for 6–12 months for audit purposes.
Will my invoice numbers stay the same?
Yes. Number sequences are configured to continue from where your old system stopped, so there are no gaps or duplicates in your books.
Where is my data processed?
On servers in the EU, GDPR-compliant. I sign a data processing agreement (AVV) on request. Test data is deleted after handover.

Which package do I need?
