Still on Odoo 14, 15 or 16? Odoo supports only the three latest versions. Older instances get no security patches, and the gap grows with every release.
I upgrade productive Odoo systems for companies in Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Version 14 to 19, Community and Enterprise, self-hosted and Odoo.sh.
Upgrades rarely fail on the database. They fail on custom modules built for a deprecated API, undocumented Studio fields, broken reports and integrations that stop syncing after go-live. That is where I focus.

FAQ
Odoo offers a free upgrade service. Why would I pay for this?
Odoo's free service converts the database schema only. It does not port custom modules, test your business processes, fix broken views or handle integrations. I use it where it helps and cover everything it does not.
Do you work with Community or Enterprise?
Both. Note that Enterprise licences are purchased directly from Odoo and are not included in this gig.
Can I jump straight from Odoo 14 to 19?
Not technically — the upgrade runs sequentially through every version in between. That work is included in the price; you do not pay per hop.
How much downtime should I expect?
Typically under two hours, scheduled outside your business hours. Everything is tested on staging first, so the cutover is a rehearsed step rather than an experiment.
What if something breaks after go-live?
Standard includes 7 days of support, Full Upgrade + Modules includes 30 days. A full snapshot is taken before cutover, so a rollback to your previous system is always possible.
Do you work with Odoo.sh?
Yes — Odoo.sh, Odoo Online, Docker-based and self-hosted instances on your own server.
What happens to my Odoo Studio customisations?
They are inventoried during analysis and carried over. Where a Studio field conflicts with a new core field, I flag it and propose a clean solution instead of patching around it.
Where is my data processed?
On servers in the EU, GDPR-compliant. Staging copies are deleted after handover unless you ask me to keep them.
Which package do I need?
