Can you improve an existing workflow without rebuilding my entire system?
Yes. I focus on the specific workflow or configuration issues covered by your package. I will confirm what needs to change and what is feasible before making modifications.
Does the Basic package include changes to my account?
No. Basic includes an audit, a written issue report, and a prioritized action plan. Standard and Premium include hands-on improvements to the workflows and templates specified in the selected package.
Can you improve my estimate and budget templates?
Yes. I can refine existing templates using your supplied cost data, pricing rules, and business process. Construction estimating advice, unsupported calculations, and major catalog rebuilds are outside the standard scope.
Do you include accounting or third-party integrations?
Integrations are not included in the standard packages. I can assess a separately scoped request based on the software involved, available connectors, data flow, and synchronization requirements.
What do you need before starting?
