About me
You need policy research you can act on, and bills that can pass. I draft both in language that holds up on a first reading.
I served as Technical Assistant to the Philippine Chief Presidential Legal Counsel, the only non-lawyer on that desk trusted to give legal support directly. As a Presidential Staff Officer, I handled maritime policy and internal security. Before that, I drafted bills and ran strategy for a House bloc.
From 2018, I studied statecraft under the late Juan Ponce Enrile. I am now a Juris Doctor candidate. I work remotely and finish with little supervision.
