Another Reality Studio Led and empowered the Unity team through many projects, assigning tasks and making sure work could be completed efficiently. Managed delivery on the Monday platform, estimated proposals, and carried projects from proof of concept through launch. Designed and implemented a real-time artificial turf measurement and layout system on iPhone LiDAR (ForeverLawn), holding over 98% accuracy against Apple Measure and Polycam and reducing material waste by up to 15%. Built a Unity WebGL dock configurator with 40+ components and a custom snapping system, used by hundreds of customers nationwide (ShoreMaster). Shipped cross-platform AR ticketing with runtime image targets and Azure OCR for major artists and sports teams (EventShop).
