Can I submit an amount of songs in between what's listed in the packages?
Absolutely! Each project can be priced accordingly to the amount of songs you submit, so the submission process is flexible!
What do you need from me to start mastering?
The only thing that I need from you is a WAV/AIFF file of the mixes you need mastered and some headroom to work with; preferably no higher than -3db. The file should be a minimum of 16bit/44.1khz to retain fidelity and deliver the highest quality master in return.
Will your mastering comply with current loudness standards?
The short answer is yes. However, each project is different and the treatment that is done to achieve loudness differs depending on what's needed. In the end every master will comply with loudness standards on each streaming platform, but the process will change accordingly!
Do I really need a Mastering Engineer? Can't I just do it myself?
If you want to learn how to master, by all means go for it and try it yourself! However, it is known in the industry that the projects people work on become stale to their ears a fresh perspective is absolutely needed to give the proper treatment and polish. Getting Mastering is always worth it!
