About me
Hi! I’m Craig, a children’s book author and native English speaker. I’ve written and published 15 original picture books.
I specialize in what makes picture books work: story structure, pacing, character, humor, dialogue, and read-aloud flow. I also pay close attention to language and phrasing that may feel awkward, unnatural, or unclear to an English-speaking reader.
My goal isn’t to rewrite your book into the story I would write. It’s to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, provide honest and practical feedback, and help you make your version of the story as strong as possible.
