Exporting orders from Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy and still adding things up by hand? I build a simple Google Sheets or Excel dashboard that shows your sales, best sellers and stock at a glance, and updates when you paste in a new export.
What I do
- One-page dashboard with KPI cards (sales, orders, average order value) and up to 8 charts
- Pivot tables and filters by month, product, channel or customer
- A paste-in data tab with formulas that do the rest, no macros needed
- Fix or write formulas such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, FILTER and IF, with a plain note on each
- Works for any spreadsheet data, including sales, expenses, projects and stock
You deal with me directly. I start by checking your data and what you want to see, build from a copy of your file, and test every formula with your own numbers before delivery.
Files back as Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets. Your data is used only for your order.

Will it update by itself?
You paste each new export into the data tab, and the formulas, pivots and charts update. No macros, so it works in Google Sheets and Excel.
Do you need access to my store?
No. Export your orders or products as CSV and send me the file.
Can you just fix my formulas?
Yes. The Basic package covers up to 5 formulas, with a plain note on how each one works.
Do you do macros, VBA or Power BI?
Not in this gig. Message me first and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
