As large as Fiverr allows. For bigger projects, you can share files via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or any cloud service you prefer. But in case of really large files, please be prepared for short delays.
What kind of footage do you accept?

My footage is a complete mess. Can you still work with it?

I usually stick to the revisions included in the package. But if the video genuinely needs one more tweak and you're nice to work with, an extra revision isn't a big deal. Being nice is the only requirement.
Do I need to organize my files before sending them?
Nope. If your folder is called "Final_Final_UseThisOne_ActuallyFinal_v3", you're in good company.
Can you match a reference video?
