No. I'm not a compliance officer and I don't sign off on regulated language. Your legal team still reviews everything. What I give you is copy that won't get shredded on the first pass.
What parts of financial services do you actually know?
Trading platforms, advisor tools, brokerage, wealth management. Nine years around advisor-facing software. Crypto and DeFi I know less well, so message me first if that's you.
Do you write the disclaimers?
I'll place them and write around them. I won't draft the legal language itself. Send me what you're required to carry and I'll build the page to hold it.
Can you work from messaging legal already approved?
Yes, and please do. Send whatever's been blessed and I'll write toward it instead of into a wall. Saves us both a review cycle.
What's the difference between Basic and Standard?
Basic is one page. Standard is your core four: home, product, pricing, about. If only the homepage is the problem, Basic is enough.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before ordering and I'll get it back to you.
Can you guarantee our conversion rate goes up?
No, and I'd be careful with anyone who does. What I'll promise is that your buyer understands the product and your legal team doesn't send it back.
