What do you need to get started?
Please provide clear images of your product, your logo or design files (if applicable), and a short description of your preferred style. Reference images are always welcome! The better the material, the better the final result.
Can you create mockups without professional product photos?
Yes! Depending on your product, I can work with existing images, suitable mockup templates, or AI-assisted techniques. Please contact me before ordering so I can evaluate your product and recommend the best approach.
Can I use the images for my online store or advertising?
Yes! Commercial use is included in all packages. You can use the final images for your website, online store, social media, and advertising, provided you have the necessary rights to any supplied logos, designs, or other materials.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the agreed design, such as colors, lighting, composition, or minor details. A completely new concept, different product, or major redesign is not included and may require an additional order.
Will I receive editable Photoshop files?
The packages include high-resolution JPG or PNG files, not editable source files. If you require a layered PSD or another editable format, please contact me before ordering so we can discuss your specific requirements.
Can you create visuals for multiple products?
Each package covers one product and one visual concept. Multiple images may show different angles or compositions of the same product. For multiple products or more complex projects, feel free to contact me for a custom offer.
