It's an easy process, You can choose your preferred package and place an order. Once it's done, You'll see a form of a few questions about logo requirements. You've to fill it out and submit it. Also, You can reach me via Fiverr inbox for more information or clarification.
Which package should I select to get the best design?
I recommend the standard/premium package. You'll get the best quality logo and value-for-the-money design!
I'm not sure about packages, do you offer a custom package?
Yes, Definitely! You can reach me out via Fiverr inbox to discuss your requirements and I’ll give the quote and create a custom offer for you!
What to do when order gets autocomplete?
Please don't worry about it. Fiverr has an automated system where the order gets marked as completed after 3 days from the delivery if the buyer does not respond. In such a case, you can always reach me out via fiverr inbox for more assistance.
What is a vector/source file?
A vector file is a logo/image that can be made infinitely large or small without losing quality. You are able to change the color, font, and sizes, if you're familiar with the adobe illustrator software. The vector file types include. AI (Adobe Illustrator),. EPS.
What is a 3D mock up?
Your 2D/basic logo design is represented in the 3D view. It gives your design a special 3D effect that stands out!
Do you provide graphics other than logos?
Presently, I am offering logo designs only. In the future, if I expand the scope of my service, I shall surely update it on my gigs.
Do I have the copyright over the design?
Once the order is delivered, you get full ownership of the design. You will have all the rights for the designs, Because, I do design creative and unique. I just don't provide documents for it.
Special note for buyer.
I have a day off on Sunday. In case of any urgency, you can inform me in advance and I shall do the best from my side.
