1. How long will it take for me to get approved?
Your application is submitted within your package’s delivery time. Approval is decided by each payer: Medicare typically takes 30-60 days, commercial payers 60-120 days depending on the payer, and Medicaid varies by state
2. What do you need from me to get started?
NPI, state license, CV, malpractice insurance, W-9, board certification, CAQH login (if you have one) and practice details. I’ll send you a checklist once you order.
3. Do I need to have a CAQH profile already?
No. If you don’t have one, I’ll create it. If you do, I’ll review and update it. Most commercial payers pull your data from CAQH, so it needs to be accurate.
4. Why should I choose you?

5. Can you enroll my group practice or urgent care center?
