I clean up and reconcile bookkeeping workbooks in Excel or Google Sheets so your numbers tie out and are ready to use.

I am an accounting and finance professional with 15+ years of experience at a Fortune 500 company. I hold an undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA with a concentration in taxation, plus certifications in advanced Excel, Power Pivot, and financial modeling (Deloitte).

What I do on this gig:

• Organize messy transaction exports into a clear workbook
• Categorize income and expenses with consistent labels
• Reconcile bank or credit card totals to your statements
• Build a simple summary (P&L and cash summary) with live formulas
• Flag gaps, duplicates, and items that need your judgment

What I do not do:

• No QuickBooks, Xero, or other software logins
• No tax filing, tax advice, audit, or attestation
• No phone calls. Work is file-based only.

How it works: you send your spreadsheet(s) and statements, I return a cleaned workbook with live formulas and a short note on what changed. Every number is checked before delivery. Revisions are included per package.
