Need a practical Excel tool for your daily business? I create clear, editable spreadsheets and calculators with well-structured inputs and understandable results.
The Basic package includes:
- 1 Excel workbook (.xlsx) with up to 2 worksheets
- Up to 10 formulas for an agreed calculation
- Clear input fields and consistent formatting
- A short user guide and 1 revision within the agreed scope
Suitable for a focused cost calculator, pricing sheet, project overview or simple business template. German-language workbooks are available.
My portfolio includes KALKPUNKT, my own larger Excel calculation system. It demonstrates my approach to structured workflows; the complete system is not included in this Basic package.
Please message me before ordering so we can confirm your inputs, calculation rules, expected output and Excel version. Macros, APIs, external data connections, complex dashboards and Google Sheets conversion require a separate scope. Delivery is designed for Excel Desktop.

Can you create the workbook in German?
Yes. I can provide German labels, instructions and user-facing text. Please tell me your Excel version and preferred language before ordering.
Is the complete KALKPUNKT system included?
No. KALKPUNKT is my own product development and a portfolio example. The Basic package covers a separate custom workbook with up to 2 worksheets and 10 formulas. Larger workflows need an individually agreed scope.
What do you need before starting?
Please provide the task, anonymized sample data, calculation rules, desired output and your Excel version. We confirm the scope before ordering. A revision adjusts the agreed solution; additional functions require a separate agreement.
