Built GoHighLevel accounts and marketing automation for agencies, clinics and local service companies. This is the period where I moved off building websites and into CRM full time. The work covered GoHighLevel snapshot builds, pipeline and stage design, calendar and booking setup, SMS and email follow up sequences, review automation through Google Business Profile, and form to CRM webhook integration so nothing had to be retyped by hand. I picked up Zapier automation and Make.com automation across this stretch, connecting CRMs to the tools clients already ran, and I started taking on GoHighLevel account rescues where someone else had half configured a build and walked away. Rebuilding a broken account taught me more about how the platform actually behaves than any clean build ever did.

Built and maintained WordPress sites for small businesses, mostly conversion focused landing pages and service company websites. The work covered theme customisation, page speed and Core Web Vitals, on page SEO, contact form setup and form to email routing, plus WooCommerce stores for clients selling online. This is where the CRM work started for me. I kept shipping sites that looked right and still lost the client work, because form submissions were landing in an inbox nobody checked. Watching that happen over and over is what moved me into CRM setup and automation, and it is still the first thing I look for when I audit a new client account.
