Overall my experience was decent. There was definitely a lack of responsiveness which could be due to a time zone issue and attention to detail which was a little frustrating. Common mistakes such as typos, repeated pages and lack of consistent formatting resulted me in me having to make a lot of additional edits once the final project was delivered.
