What do I need to send you?
Your audio file (MP3 or WAV), your cover art or logo, and the artist/track or show name. If you have brand fonts or colors, send those too and I'll match them.
Can you do a full album or a 2-hour podcast episode?
Yes, there is no length limit. Full albums and full episodes are welcome. Very long renders may add a day on the Basic package.
What is a Spotify Canvas?
A 3-8 second looping vertical video that plays on your track's page in the Spotify app. I deliver it to Spotify's exact specs, ready to upload in Spotify for Artists.
Do I own the rights to the video?
Yes, you get full commercial rights to every deliverable. You provide the audio and artwork, so please make sure you own or have licensed them.
Can you match my cover art and branding?
Yes. Supply high-resolution artwork, logo, colours and fonts, plus a style reference. Please confirm you have permission to use all supplied assets.
Are captions included in every format?
Captions are relevant to audiograms and follow your package or offer. Tell me whether you need animated captions, an SRT file or both, and provide correct names and specialist terms.
Can you make several social versions?
Yes, when agreed. Specify every aspect ratio, excerpt and platform before ordering so the versions and extra rendering are included in your quote.
Will the visualizer react to my actual track?
Yes. I use your final supplied audio to drive the agreed visual response. Send the finished mix before rendering; replacement audio may require a new render.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery follows your package or custom offer after all assets arrive. Long audio, several versions and complex visuals can affect render time, so we agree the schedule first.
What revisions are included?
Revisions follow your package or custom offer and approved style. New artwork, replacement audio or a different visual concept may require additional scope.
