Can I get signed compliance Audit with all plans?
In specific situations this is possible. If we don't identify any issues during an audit I will issue such. However, unless you don't have policies in place, Turnkey plan is the one that ensure getting compliant with signed audit
Is there HIPAA organisational certification?
Unlike some standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA does not have an official certification body. Rather companies may require to present an independent third parity auditor report. If your company passes an audit, or you order a turnkey plan, such a document will be issued to your organisation.
What do I need to start?
I propose to designate a technical person, usually a CTO, CSO or Administrator who has full technical insight over data processing. I will evaluate your data flow through series of interviews. No worries, I am using human understandable language to make the process as easy as possible.
