I hold certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Change Management from Six Sigma Global Institute, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Using your intake answers and documents, I will identify planning gaps and build an editable Excel workbook for one project.
BASIC: Overview, phases, milestones, and up to 25 high-level activities.
STANDARD: Up to 50 tasks with owners, dates, dependencies, relevant risk and decision tracking, a project summary, and a 30-minute walkthrough.
PREMIUM: Up to 100 tasks, an eight-dimension assessment, RAID and decision log, executive status view, and a 60-minute walkthrough.
Proposed dates and unknown information will be marked for your confirmation. Risk review includes identifying risks and recommending responses.
This service covers assessment and planning. Ongoing project management, execution, budget management, and software configuration are not included.

What information do you need to get started?
Please share your project goal, expected deliverables, target date, people involved, and any existing notes or documents. Incomplete materials are welcome. If something is unknown, write “Not yet determined,” and I will identify what needs your confirmation.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated round of changes within the agreed scope. New projects or added deliverables require a separate agreement. Corrections to my errors do not count toward your revision limit.
Will you manage my project after delivering the plan?
This gig covers project assessment and planning. You receive the deliverables included in your selected package for your team to use. Ongoing project management, recurring meetings, task follow-up, and execution support require a separate agreement.
What format will I receive?
You’ll receive an editable Excel workbook with the deliverables in your selected package. Standard and Premium also include a walkthrough to explain the plan and recommended next steps.
Can you help if I don’t have a project plan yet?
Yes. I can build a plan from your goals, intake answers, and working notes. Missing information and proposed dates will be clearly identified for your confirmation.
What does the task limit include?
Each package covers one project. Limits refer to individual activity or task rows: 25 for Basic, 50 for Standard, and 100 for Premium. Additional tasks or projects require a custom offer.
How does the walkthrough work?
Standard includes one 30-minute walkthrough; Premium includes one 60-minute walkthrough. We agree on a time and meet through Fiverr’s video-call feature to review your plan, questions, and next steps.
