I build it in Excel: income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, linked and balancing, driven by one page of assumptions you can change. In the higher packages, a DCF valuation and scenarios with sensitivity tables on the drivers that matter.
Every formula is traceable, with integrity checks between the statements, and the file is yours: no locked cells, no macros.
How I work: fixed price and scope in writing first. My own system prepares your historical figures from the accounts and I check every one; I design the structure, agree the assumptions with you and sign the model.
