What do I pay after the first month?
Chat 250: $115/month. Chat 500: $210/month. Chat 1000: $360/month. Your first order covers the full setup plus your first month, so you only pay the monthly price from month two.
What is included in the first order?
Everything to go live: I build your knowledge base from your website and documents, style the chat in your branding, connect your webshop and install the chat. Plus your first month of use.
How do I pay each month?
Always through Fiverr. Before your month ends I send you an order for the next month. Once you accept it, your chat keeps running. No payments outside Fiverr.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. If you don't renew, your chat stops at the end of the month you paid for.
What happens when I reach my monthly AI chat limit?
I'll let you know in advance. You can move up to a bigger package, or we agree on the extra chats via a custom offer. Your chat never stops without warning.
Are there any hidden costs?
I'll warn you before you reach your limit. You can switch to a bigger or smaller package every month, without new setup costs. Above 1,000 chats we agree on a custom price. Chats your team answers itself don't count.
Which webshops can you connect?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed, PrestaShop, CCV Shop and more. Message me with your platform and I'll confirm.
Which AI do you use?
OpenAI and Claude (Anthropic), chosen per task for the best answer quality. The AI only answers from your own information.
Can the AI make mistakes?
It answers from your knowledge base only. When it isn't sure, it says so and hands the conversation over to your team.
Do I get the source code?
No. Cuego is a hosted platform. I host, maintain and update everything, so you never have to worry about servers or AI updates.
