What if my website is very outdated?
Please contact me before ordering. I will assess your website's condition and confirm whether standard maintenance is possible. Major compatibility issues or extensive recovery work require a separate quote.
Are premium plugin and theme licenses included?
No. Annual license fees for premium plugins and themes, including Elementor Pro, are not included. You must provide valid licenses for any premium software requiring updates.
Will you create a backup before updating my website?
Yes. I will create a complete backup of your website files and database before performing updates, provided the necessary server access and resources are available.
Can you fix any issues caused by the updates?
Minor compatibility issues directly caused by the maintenance are included. Major development work, replacement of abandoned plugins and pre-existing technical problems are excluded.
