Working in a senior living community, I began working in the prep kitchen before moving into the on site cafe. I ran the operation entirely by myself, cooking, creating, serving and driving business with customer service and a smile. I've since returned to the main kitchen and continue to create new recipes, help other cooks professionally and personally with cooking challenges they may have at home.
