Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send me the task you want to automate, the tools you use and an example of the result you need. I will check what is possible and confirm the scope, package, delivery time and any ongoing costs before you order.
What if I do not know how to describe my workflow?
Tell me how you handle the task today, even if it involves several manual steps. Screenshots or a sample with private information removed can help. I will help identify what can be automated and which steps should still need your input.
How do I choose the right package?
Basic covers one trigger and one action between two tools. Standard covers one workflow with up to four agreed steps across three tools. Premium covers one workflow with up to six agreed steps across three tools, including one AI task and approval routing. Larger projects need a custom quote.
Can you connect the tools I already use?
I can connect tools that provide suitable APIs or another supported way to exchange data. Send me their names and explain what information should move between them. I will check access, subscription requirements and technical limits before confirming the order.
Do I need AI in my automation?
Not always. Many tasks work well with straightforward rules and API connections. AI can help interpret text, extract information or prepare drafts. We will decide whether it adds value and where its output needs checking or your approval.
What will you need from me to get started?
I will need the agreed workflow, sample inputs, expected results and any necessary account access. Please remove private customer information from samples and avoid sending passwords or API keys in ordinary messages. We will agree on an appropriate access method before setup.
How will you test the workflow?
I will test the agreed steps using representative examples and check that the results match your requirements. Where included in the scope, testing also covers missing information, duplicate records and failed requests. You can review the results before accepting delivery.
What will I receive, and are there ongoing costs?
You will receive the agreed workflow, source files, setup instructions and an explanation of how to use it. Software subscriptions, hosting and API usage are separate from my development fee. I will identify any expected running costs before you order.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers adjustments within the agreed workflow, such as changing a field mapping or routing rule. Additional apps, new workflows or new features require a separate quote. Please send your requested changes together so I can address them efficiently.
Can you help if something changes after delivery?
Yes. If an issue concerns the agreed delivery, send me the details so I can review it. Future changes to connected apps, APIs or your requirements may need additional work. Ongoing maintenance is available by separate agreement.
