the job was to proofread and edit 3 of my books. the final files i got had many mistakes, and i had to review it all again by myself. if i can't trust the proofreading, what's the purpose of that?

Jarvis was good at communicating and negotiating a rate with me, but I found the proofreading pass to be incomplete. I'm having to go through the manuscript again myself using writing software and I'm catching things that were missed.
