Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering so I can review your requirements, API documentation, technical environment, and expected workflow. I will then recommend the appropriate package or prepare a custom offer.
What types of WHMCS solutions can you develop?
I can develop WHMCS addon modules, hooks, payment gateway integrations, API workflows, callbacks, webhooks, invoice automation, and service provisioning features. Complex registrar or provisioning modules require a detailed scope review.
What information do you need before starting?
I need your WHMCS version, PHP version, API documentation, authentication method, required workflow, expected result, and any relevant error messages. Test or sandbox credentials may be requested after the order begins.
Can you fix an encrypted WHMCS module?
I cannot modify source code protected by ionCube or another encryption system unless you legally own and provide the unencrypted source code. I may still diagnose configuration, compatibility, callback, API, or integration issues surrounding the module.
Is source code included?
Yes. Source code created specifically for the agreed project is included unless a different licensing arrangement is agreed upon before development. Third-party software, WHMCS itself, and vendor-owned components are not included.
Do you provide installation and testing?
Basic installation instructions and functional testing are included according to the selected package. Production deployment, extensive compatibility testing, multiple WHMCS installations, or complex staging environments may require an extra service.
Do you guarantee compatibility with every WHMCS and PHP version?
Compatibility will be based on the WHMCS and PHP versions agreed upon before development. Legacy, unsupported, or later software versions may require additional changes and testing.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers corrections or adjustments within the original agreed scope. New features, additional API endpoints, changed workflows, new third-party systems, or requirements introduced after development are considered additional work.
Can you work directly on a production WHMCS installation?
Yes, when necessary, but development and testing should preferably use a staging or development environment. A current backup is strongly recommended before deploying changes to a production WHMCS installation.
Will you need access to my server or WHMCS?
Access requirements depend on the project. Temporary WHMCS admin, hosting-panel, database, or SSH access may be required for installation and troubleshooting. Please provide credentials only after the order starts and change or revoke them after completion.
