What materials should I send to start the project?
For template editing: send your After Effects project file and all media (logo, text, images, video, music) you want inside. For custom animation: send your brief, references, brand assets, and any voice-over. The more details and references, the faster and more accurate the result will be.
How can I transfer files for work?
For small files (photos, briefs, logos), attach them directly to the Fiverr chat. For larger files (project files, high-res video, footage), please use Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox — just share the download link here. I'll confirm receipt before starting.
What's the difference between Template Edit and Customization?
"Template Edit" (Basic) means I replace media, logo, and text — everything else stays as the original author designed. "Customization" (Standard) means structural changes: adjusting duration, adding or removing scenes, tweaking effects, and adapting the template to fit your unique brand or story.
What if my template is longer than 30 seconds?
Basic and Standard packages cover up to 30 seconds. For 30-60 seconds, choose Premium. For longer projects (1-3 minutes), message me before ordering with your template link — I'll suggest a custom package based on the template complexity.
Do you work with complex templates that use plugins like Element 3D or Trapcode?
Yes — this is my specialty. As an Envato template author for 14 years, I know how AE templates are built and can handle Element 3D, Optical Flares, Trapcode Suite, Motion Bro, and other plugins. If your template uses obscure plugins or complex expressions, send it my way.
